Experience Méditerranée is based in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, from which you will be taken to the protected bay that lies between Beaulieu, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Villefranche-sur-Mer.
On land, these three sister villages have a reputation that precedes them. Indeed, from simple fishing villages, they have become a golden triangle of luxury, calm and abundance.
It is not for nothing that, for more than a century, the greats of this world have enjoyed meeting here to enjoy the sweetness of life. A calm surface since underwater, life abounds. Indeed, the spectacle is just as interesting and unique as on dry land. And for good reason! The feet of the Alps are immersed in the Mediterranean Sea, offering unique and powerful rock formations. Posidonia, so essential to life on earth, dresses the seabed in green. Octopuses, sea stars, seabass, urchins… so much biodiversity to discover for those who know how to observe. All in clear water, which gives exploration a reassuring and magical feel.
In 1965, Commander Jacques Yves Cousteau conducted tests here for his underwater habitat project « “Précontinent III” ».
